Once the appliances have been tested, and the test tags have been affixed, the tracking, management and maintenance of the appliances can commence. One click reporting is available, with impressive PDF/Fax/Email reports created including Failed Items Reports, Asset Register Reports, Client Reports and Complete Service History Reports.

Works Orders can be created and Maintenance Tasks or Scheduled Testing can be setup to be performed. Reminders are sent via email and SMS to the relevant contractors/maintenance personnel to remind them to complete scheduled as well as to notify them of overdue Work Orders and Tests. Notes, images and other data can be attached to the Work Orders and Tests, providing an invaluable management system.

In this manner, the CMO COMPLIANCE™ Software - Web/Mobile, solution will ensure compliance and increase the efficiency of your organization.

Electrical Appliance Testing is a critical and indeed compulsory process for many industries such as the construction industry. With Mobile CMO COMPLIANCE™ Software - Web/Mobile, this process can be managed very efficiently, testing and tagging the required electrical appliances, and recording the details with a handheld device running the Mobile CMO COMPLIANCE™, the Compliance Management software.

The requirement to keep hard copies of these records is simply facilitated by the web based reporting component of CMO COMPLIANCE™ Software - Web/Mobile, that allows PDF reports containing Site/Location/Serial Number/Description and Testing details for every electrical appliance to be printed, faxed, or emailed in PDF format direct from the application.

This use of Mobile CMO COMPLIANCE™ Software - Web/Mobile, is mandated in certain jurisdictions by the recent introduction of industrial manslaughter regulations, and penalties ranging up to $1million for corporations and individuals responsible for the management of the organizations in certain circumstances where there has been a breach of occupational health and safety regulations. Under the new regulations, electrical appliance testing must occur every 1 month on building sites in NSW, and every 2 months in Victoria. Mobile CMO COMPLIANCE™ Software - Web/Mobile, will provide a cost effective means to comply with these regulations.
