Training & Competence Module

CMO COMPLIANCE is the leading Compliance Management Platform with a set of modules that can be used as stand alone modules or fully integrated to provide an organisation wide compliance management system.

The Training & Competence Module provides a comprehensive register of all employees and contractors training and competence records. There is even an additional Inductions module which integrates with the Training & Competence Module to allow Inductions to be performed and managed online.

This module therefore allows the planning and scheduling of future training events including the automatic emailing of notifications to employees and associated managers if competencies are close to expiry.

This module integrates with the Audits & Assessments module so that if Audits or Assessments require particular competencies or training, then only users with the correct and indeed valid qualifications will be available to be perform such work.
